Meet the Team

Andrea is the co-founder of Dragon Renewable Energy and also the Finance Director. Andrea is also a co-founder of Dragon Drilling.

Sam is responsible for all system design and customer liaison. Sam holds a BPEC qualification in heat pump system design.

Martyn is responsible for assisting Sam with customer enquiries, quotations, site surveys and project management. Martyn holds BPEC qualifications in heat pump installations and is an NVQ qualified plumber.

Billy is our lead installer and is responsible for over seeing all heat pump installations and has BPEC qualifications for both air source and ground source heat pumps installations along with a Level 3 NVQ in plumbing.

Jasper is an installer and works with Harry and Billy on heat pump projects. Jasper is also a fully NPORS qualified plant operator and groundworker.

Lewis joined the team in January 2026 and is one of our air source and ground source heat pump installers. He works with Harry and Alex on both domestic and commercial projects.

Jim is our Operations Manager and is responsible for the day to day logistical operations for all solar PV and battery storage installations.

Josh is our trainee electrical installer and works with both the heat pump teams and the solar team on all installations.

Alex joined the team in September 2025 as the business expanded to a second heat pump installation team due to customer demand.

Kiron is our fully qualifed roofer responsible for all roofing works at our solar PV installations.

Rick is our sales executive responsible for generating new leads and all aspects of customer liason from initial enquiry to the start of their installation.
